IMO, clearly a case of reckless disregard. Malice is arguable, strongly.

Here's where I see the BBC having a problem. It's about the venue, isn't it? Where would a suit like this be held?

If he wins the lawsuit, he needs to take any money he gets and give it to as many illegal aliens as he can to get them to relocate to the UK. Let them be a burden to THEM, not US.

Interesting that no one objected to it when it first aired a year ago.

I went looking for a timeline on this and, of all places, the best timeline I saw was from Aljazeera:

I'm not sure I've ever shared a link to one of their articles. The internal conflict and refusal to follow the sound advice of their independent consultant is indicative of who controls BBC. The leak was the only thing that got them off the mark.

When it is proven that a complete lie has been put out like that.. The ones responsible should go to jail.. it's not freedom of speech or the press to put out propaganda like that..
