They might have installed real bricks between seasons. Perhaps they put up the faux bricks to open quickly.

I've never been to a game there, so not sure what it's like. Wanted to watch them play OU a few years ago when they won, I had that feeling they were gonna pull the upset.

I mean, what does this make us with daughters think? I have two less than six years old and I would kill anyone that hurt them or tried covering it up. This could likely cost Baylor millions of dollars from those families outraged at the handling of their daughter's lives and cases. I pray I never have to deal with an unfortunate situation like this, because I'm likely to respond in a way that would put me in jail forever.

I'm of the opinion the jury will understand. It's a chance I'm willing to take, hope I never have to.

My oldest just turned 16 today, kept her out of school and she passed her driving test. She gets to drive herself to school for the last two weeks of school. Damn if insurance isn't expensive...

Baylor is still Baptist. They proudly proclaim to be a "nationally ranked Christian university", and also proudly tout their affiliation with the Baptist General Convention of Texas.

Or do you mean they aren't Baptist in practice?

Yes, they may still claim the name of a Christian university, but their hiring practices and other actions have been at odds with Southern baptists for a long time. When I lived in Ft Worth in the 90's there were a lot of Baptists who called for disassociating the university. I don't consider them a Christian university anymore. And lately it seems to have gotten worse.
