Alabama’s the ‘right fit’: Tide lands transfer guard Mark Sears

I live about an hour and fifteen minutes from the OU campus, located in Athens, Oh. I had the opportunity to watch Sears play this season in person and on TV. At the last home game, I was able to talk to him for a few minutes. He grew up in Muscle Shoals and I in Florence. Being from the same area, I thought it would be nice to just touch base with him. In the short time we had together, I came away impressed with the young man as a person. I wish him well in T'town.
