It had been a few years since we hosted the Iron Bowl on the diamond in T Town. We had had to play in cow town the last two seasons. Probably had to do that to make up for something years earlier when the beer virus disrupted everything. Anyways....a sweep of the barn is ALWAYS a good thing. After getting swept by Kentucky to start the SEC season, we have now swept the last two SEC opponents. There are NO easy series this year. Good momentum going on the road against Jacksonville State and for the next SEC series at Oklahoma

Man it a wonder that Bama won? I mean with Bama hitting 5 cow patties player and They only hitting Bama once! I thought we would at least have a fight during the game. First time sweeping them in over 24 years!

At home maybe. Goff's goofy ass swept them them in auburn that season he was here... UA had a bad team, auburn was better. Bama went there and swept them with the final game going well into the night because of extra innings. Their fans were shocked, much like this weekend.
