Then Lebron jumps on the first pitch and hits into an easy DP. Next batter, Neal, first pitch again, grounder to SS. 7 pitch inning. This is how the offense operated early in the year when they struggled. They start to press and just go up there hacking away. To be fair, Fowler didn't, he had a good AB. But now, they extend OU's starter another inning, and wasted what started as a promising top half of the 5th for themselves.
