he needs to be hired as an assistant somewhere. either that or as an analyst. he's much too smart to not be.

I can't fathom him not playing if he really wanted to. Maybe he doesn't have the fire that he used to. He will excel at whatever he chooses to do.

He needs to get into the accounting field. My tax teacher told me he was a machine and could easily be CEO of any company, Big 4 included, he wanted to work for. Over the top smart,
bordering genius she said.

He hasn't played much due to injuries. He may be too smart to get into coaching.

I would only encourage him to get into coaching IF YHAY IS WHAT HE REALLY WANTS TO DO! The time commitment is unbelievable if you have not been in it, most people have no idea. @uagrad93 and myself can speak from personal experience. During the season, I felt like my house was Motel 6, they left the light on for me.

BJ has his Masters degree already in some type of business I believe so he may want to work on his PHD and put himself in a position to teach at a university or lead a company. Whatever he decides to do, I wish him well!

Before I got out of it, my kids would tell people when they drove past the fieldhouse, "That is where my daddy lives!" Not where I worked, but where I lived!! That really hurt me and helped me to move to the decision that I have lived with for 10 years.
I think BJ will excel in whatever area he decides.
