I would only encourage him to get into coaching IF YHAY IS WHAT HE REALLY WANTS TO DO! The time commitment is unbelievable if you have not been in it, most people have no idea.
@uagrad93 and myself can speak from personal experience. During the season, I felt like my house was Motel 6, they left the light on for me.
BJ has his Masters degree already in some type of business I believe so he may want to work on his PHD and put himself in a position to teach at a university or lead a company. Whatever he decides to do, I wish him well!
