If the damn ump knew what a strike was, the game would have been over an hour ago. It would drive me crazy to be an ump on his crew. There have been SEVENTEEN walks in the damn game. Stupid!

Early on in this game those first pitch strikes were a lot of the ones being popped-up. The change was Murphy encouraging them to lay off.

When your pitching staff is pretty well down to off speed risers ... it's easy for me to see them getting under the ball a lot. It was a good pitching strategy from ASU in my view.
