of course it is a team effort that will take all the players playing their best, but this group of guys will be tested for sure on saturday. Randle and company will be the best they have seen this year and likely the best they will see all year until the BCSNCG God willing.

how do you think Bama stacks up against the talented LSU receivers?

i think we will give up several (4-5) big plays, but i'm pulling for making FGs out of at least half of them instead of long TDs... if we do that i think we win.

It will be an interesting match-up. I think Dre is one of the best in the country and Menzie is far from a slouch. They will have their hands full with Randle and Shepard. They will inevitably break some plays, the key will be limiting them. They're both great tacklers so I think they will get their catches, but YAC will probably be at a premium

I think that they have already faced the best in the nation. I would put those 5-6 guys that Arky runs out there against anyone. Randle and Shepard aren't slouches by any means but to say they are the best in this league!!!!!! MMMMMMM well!!

As a group, yes. Arkansas has the best. I think Randle and Shepard may be a bit more physical

My thoughts exactly. Whether our guys can cover one on one is the kicker, I think they may need some safety help, but that should be ok if the d-Line and LBs together handle the run successfully, which I think they will.

the physicality of the LSU receivers IMO puts them at a different level. arky's guys are fast but don't get off blocks as well and also are not as effective as blockers for the run game.

No doubt LSU's receivers are good and will play more phsyical than Arkansas' did but I think we will be better prepared having already faced Arkansas' set of receivers than LSU will be prepared for our secondary. We are, without a doubt, the best secondary that LSU will face this season and they have not played a game (IMO) that has prepared them for our D.

If we can keep steady pressure on Lee, I don't think their receivers will factor in as much as they seem to think they will. Our coverage is tight, even though Menzie tends to get burned every now and again, I still think with the way we cover and tackle very well, we are in good shape.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the key matchup of the day. I think we will stuff their running game and challenge their receivers with our usual aggressive style. With receivers the caliber of Shepherd, and especially Randle, they are going to get a big play or so against our press man. How many they get will determine who comes out on top.
