🏈 BamaBucks update: New banking system installed...

Hey folks,

You'll see that a new upgrade has been installed for the BamaBucks system here at RTB.com.

Some of the newer features include:

• Checking account
• Savings account
• Interest bearing accounts
• Loans
• Credit ratings (bad credit will put you in the Chizik fan usergroup)

Yeah, it operates just like a bank...and we'll be putting some things in place that'll add just a few more options - just for fun - to make the site fun to play around with!!

So, when you see that your cash amount has changed, blame me...

I've clearly got too much time on my hands - at work of all places.

When I saw it I thought, "that's cool."

When it was installed...I thought, "Damn, this is something else."

Credit ratings! :rofl:

I can't wait to see someone default on a loan! I think I should set the interest rate for those in the "Chizik fan club" at 36%

One thing we can do is only allow people to bring a certain amount to the table in our Hold 'em tourney's.

We had a good one last Sunday night....had six people playing at one point a few of the pots ran into the 300 dollar range. Considering we play with 4 and 8 dollar blinds...had a little betting going on.

I don't know if there is a mod for that option. I'll have to look for it and see what options are available.

Some of the mods/hacks are just - well, weird. For instance, Keith had asked about adding a chess option which I was really in favor of. I love the game. BUT, the hack written for this software allowed illegal moves...which, isn't a big deal for chess players, but, when I started thinking about it and then realized it allowed illegal moves for checkers as well?

We haven't installed it.

Most of the time I'd play Hold 'em at any given point in the day someone wanted to...today, I'm a little involved in creating a classified ad section for members here so they can sell tickets, memorabilia, etc., to other Bama fans.

Anywho - good question, I'll definitely look!
