šŸˆ Bama vs Auburn picked up by CBS

Well I'm glad that it on CBS. I too don 't have cable. I will just have to deal with Vern and Gary the best I can and the lady too. What I going, NO what WE going to have to keep watching ,is that dang gum run back over and over.

Yeah they are the best in college ball
How many of the "older" sportscasters/ color-by-color guys do we miss today?

Ol' VL ... bet ya he falls into this category when he's gone. We're a little over a year removed from people dreading Brando taking the CBS booth ... and people still upset about Verne.

I really like Blackledge and Nessler, but Todd sometimes lapses into Mr. Obvious on his color commentary. Oh, to hear Keith Jackson and Frank Broyles calling our last three NC games would've been nice.

RTR,

Tim

Keith Jackson for one, and the way you guys are talking Brad Nessler and Todd Blackledge do any game either. Todd's taste of the town was one of the best, the thing that CBS try to do doesn't come close. But, I will even go as far as say Ara (biting my tongue ) and also Frank,

I don't know why everybody complains about Verne and Gary. They do a good job. I like them. Verne has difficulty understanding and announcing the English language, but they're not bad.

Outside of Brad and Todd and probably Herbie nobody on ESPN is worth a damn

UGGGGGHHHH ******* TIRED OF CBS!!!!! We've already used up 5 CBS games; why can't they just pick up the damn UF-FSU, which is a more intriguing match-up!!!!???!

This is just great. We're going to hear Verne for the SECCG too. :flaming::flaming::flaming::flaming::flaming:

If referring to the 5 game maximum on CBS, that applies only to the 2:30 games. The Noon time and Prime time games on the two DH days are excluded from that restriction. The barn is the fifth 2:30 game.

Keith Jackson is / was the voice of college football. -to me anyway.
Verne is a little funny to listen to, but Gary and his "another negative play" is tiring. He is also quick to tell how Alabama got away with that one, or how that should have been a flag...
Todd B on the toast of the town was absolutely a great piece each week.
