Hey Guys,
I miss not posting but thanks for the guys who keep in touch!
My dream has come true. Alabama is in my back yard! And I am going to go the extra mile to see them everywhere! Already went to Disneyland with them!
I just drove to OCC (Orange Coast College) and Costa Mesa High School and saw Alabama Practice. Both sites are Top Notch! Costa Mesa High School will have better playing conditions then the Rose Bowl on Thursday! I tried to get some pictures but both sites are closed down to the public and just before I pulled out my camera, the wonderful Costa Mesa Police Dept stopped me! But I shall have some pictures for you guys tomorrow since I have some connections that are getting me in! A couple of things that I noticed. The entire state of Alabama Football is in Orange County. They must have had 300 players dressed for practice!
They are staying at the Westin in South Coast. Across the street is South Coast Plaza. (For some who haven't heard of this mall, every designer has a store front inside the mall. Its Orange County's Version of Rodeo Dr. So unless they brought money I doubt they will have fun there!) It is one of the nicest hotels to stay at. So I am wondering what that hotel bill is going to be!
I will get the pictures for you on Alabama!
Now Texas is another story! You cant shut down UCI (University of California at Irvine) like you can OCC and CMHS. I will have those pictures also tomorrow for you. After talking to porkchop I am trying to get great footage of Texas and give it to Coach! ha.
Texas is going to party tonight at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach. I have a connection who works there and he told me that they are throwing a huge party for the players. I will go tonight and see if that is true!
I will fill you guys on stuff around here when I get it. If anyone is in Orange County and wants advice on places to eat or NOT to go PM me and I will give you my number!
Also I am thinking of having a big cookout at my place on Tuesday for some Bama Fans. PM me if you want to come over!
