What does General Admission mean at a football game? First come first serve upper deck?

What does General Admission mean at a football game? First come first serve upper deck?

Does it say that for the WVU game? I think the others you could pick your section. If it says that for the WVU game, I would think it means a ticket but you won't know your section/seat when you place your order.

There is not a bad seat in the GA Dome and it's only an hour drive for me....just ordered six !!!!!RTR
