🏈 Bama Cuts: Episode 2 has been released

Is it safe to say we're going to see something like this repeated at other schools? Not the shop because that's done...but these off the cuff spots?

(Sure seems like a good spot for a bowl cut joke.)

It's seriously a must watch. I know a lot of you guys don't follow the NFL, so seeing Julio and how open he was in that video might be a little bit of shock (he even talks about how closed off he was when he was younger). It has been really eye opening to see how much he's come out of his shell over the last several years.

The conversation that he and Saban had about social media was absolutely fascinating and I would urge any young athlete to listen to what Julio is saying and take that in. I love how natural this felt. Julio, Anderson and Jackson are literally just there bullshitting, with Julio eventually going off on a rant about social media and younger people's entitlement and then Saban walks in and literally jumps right into the conversation.

And seeing him talk about their recruitment and how he remembers literally every player and where he first met them, and how much it means to him that former players love coming back was really great. I hope they do a lot more of this.

Is Julio the damn man or what?

This will take recruiting to the next level IMO. You can copy the process but CNS is next level when developing relationships with these alpha dog recruits and the Kirby’s/ Pruitt’s of the world can’t copy that.

Ok, this time you are COMPLETELY CORRECT - WOW what a great watch!!

I find it interesting listening to Julio talk. You can tell how educated he is when he's ending sentences with "whomever" and then a second later we hear "they don't know who they is." Is? That makes me cringe a bit...the ol' grammar police side of my personality.

Changing gears...do love the sweater Saban is wearing. I'm a fan of subtle team-themed apparel and this is perfect for my taste.

Just my opinion, those capes need an Alabama logo or two, perhaps a CFP championship logo or two... Missed opportunity.

Ha, the irony that Julio talks more than everyone else, apparently Eddie and Ryan are stage props.

Check out Brooks Brothers in Birmingham. They carry some excellent game day apparel with a subtle script A on them. I have a few items from there.

Agreed.

This series is a great idea.

LeBron James' 'UNINTERRUPTED' Sent Alabama Letter About Copyright Infringement

LeBron James' multimedia platform, UNINTERRUPTED, reached out to the University of Alabama about a video series that potentially infringes upon the "The Shop" series copyright.

"Your continued exploitation of 'Shop Talk' infringes 'Uninterrupted's' copyright, trademark rights and other valuable intellectual property rights in 'The Shop' and significantly damages 'Uninterrupted's' commercial prospects for 'The Shop,'" the company sent in a letter to Alabama, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com.

It added that it would rather discuss the matter with the University before "rushing into legal proceedings."

How is it not like the network big boys? If a major network develops a show that captures a large audience's imagination, the other networks are all over it. Kind of like American Idol and soon we got us a ton of copycats. Soon, networks, most likely the next season, are emulating the same premise. I've never heard it called copyright infringement.
