JMO but the recruiting at ILB wasn't good in 2017,2018,or 2019. We're still not sure about 2020 or this new group in this cycle. Some of that 2019 group better step forward this spring/fall.

As of now, he'd have to be cleared, but there will likely be rule changes and amendments coming this spring (as usual) that may clear the way regardless.

I think the thing that has to be taken into consideration in regards to “the defense not being as good as past years” is that teams are running far far more plays nowadays than the past, so that’s going to translate into more yards for the offense from every team

Part of that is that they run more plays because the defense didn’t stop them.

OU, AL, and TX sources are reporting Sark's intention to hire Stoops was nixed by those around the Texas program. Boosters? Administration? Both are speculated.

Sark should have learned if you take a job that your not in control all the way you are doomed. Oh well enjoy the millions.

Several analyst and off-field spots. How many is sorta of impossible for anyone other than Saban to say since there aren't really limits.

The latest names circulating include a few already mentioned here, Gran and Boulware, along with Jay Graham and Robert Gillespie. I expect a minority hire if not hires.
