Per insiders who went, JQ and Burnett had a talk with the entire team after drills. Only time will tell if they're completely locked in. I always worry about someone like Miles, because he seems like he has a ton of talent, but is immature. Once the new recruits got on campus though, Oats had a good talk with all of them about the standard he's set here and how demanding it is. He wants more effort and intensity, especially on defense.

We'll be a much longer team this upcoming season. Hopefully that translates to more fast-break opportunities.

Sure hope CNO has made some big time adjustments to his offense. In games last year when the 3’s were not falling ( 3 for 30, 2 for 26, 6 for 43 & etc) he had nothing else.

I mean, we were 13th in scoring offense last season, scoring nearly 80 PPG. If anything, I hope he and Charlie Henry can adjust the defense more. The effort was inconsistent and downright inexcusable at times.

Pringle enrolled as of last week. No word on whether or not Jaden Bradley has been cleared for practice yet, but everyone else has been.

Per insiders, Oats and staff do not want a repeat of last year's awful team chemistry, so there's been more emphasis on leadership and accountability. Oats also likes that we have a team with multiple ball handlers, and not just one or two like we've had.

I'm dying for some more updates on the men's team. Love seeing Arkansas, Auburn, and Tennessee get all the hype (rightfully so) and we fall under the radar.

Also hopefully he and his staff have come up with a plan B if plan A is not working. You know, 3 point shooting? 3 of 44…2 of 29…5 of 37 is not going to win many games.
