🏈 Auburn vs Miss State

You drive the ball down for close to 6 minutes and score a TD, get on onside kick......and then PASS three times? They had a chance to just run it down their throats and keep the ball. I don't get the play calling.

Dan Mullen is an idiot. How in the hell do you drive it down the field and score by running the ball. Then the next 3 possesions you go 3 and out by passing the ball???????????

miss st just lost a game we couldve won 38-7

Me: Julio jones would have made that.

Maze wouldve had 6

GMac wouldve made that......heck AJ would have too......maybe even phillip sims............

and so on.

that game was so frustrating to watch. first off, they were running all over Auburn but how many times did they go three and out with three straight passes? And their receivers burnt Auburn's defense to a CRISP all game but their QB's cant pass worth a crap and the Receivers cant catch worth a crap. It was pathetic. Auburn's defense is HORRRRRIBLE though (State's aint much better).

this state team needs to go all man-titsione on the play calling and maybe throw 10 passes in a game tops.... cause they don't have anyone that throws the ball... and not many that catch the ball.

So, this is that superior barn team that the closet barner himself, Kirk Herbstreit picked to win the SEC outright! Oh, that is just hilarious! I hope that neanderthal keeps running is mouth picking the barn to go undefeated. Wait until Clemson and South Carolina get a hold of this overrated bunch in the next two weeks.

MSUs true colors came out last night. They have always had a "loser mentality" and always will. When the pressure was on, they choked it away. Neither team impressed me at all. It was either Palmer or james that questioned what LB in the SEC would take on Newton. Without batting an eye, my 9 yr old son said " Dont'a Hightower would light him up!"

Many times during the course of that game I kept telling myself "that's just State being State". They and their fans never really looked like they thought they'd win, and their lackluster effort to end the game showed that. The game would have been over sooner if the Aub defender hadn't gotten burned and flagged for pass interference. State thought they might get another, is the only reason I could see them making the throws they made. All they really needed was a few more yards or a throw completed to the sideline in order to have a shot at a field goal. Poor coaching, lack of discipline, and just a lack of skill catching the ball showed itself. Plus the turnovers. That ball laid on the ground, by both teams, far too much last night.

Man, the difference between Bama and those two teams last night is a HUGE margin.
