I'll be honest, I don't know crap about basketball, and have never cared a whole lot for the sport.

Having said that, I'm an Alabama fan. If they had a contest against Auburn in crocheting, I would want them to spank dat a$$. I have not been an apologist for Grant, but I do feel there has been enough time for him to get it done at UA. I had high hopes when he was hired, but I'm sure if it is time for a change, Battle and company will do so.

One of my buds on Facebook made a comment about how pathetic a performance it was and he wanted Bama to hire Bruce Pearl. Found that interesting. I know he did some crap at UT and eventually had to be fired, but one thing he did do was win. I'm not willing to sell my soul to the devil for a winning basketball program, but if Pearl could keep his nose clean, I have no doubt that he could win.

The SGA didn't make the trip to hand the trophy over to the Auburn SGA rep. The "reason" they gave was it was weather related.

Now, given there were reporters who cover Bama that made the trip from several different cities?

Inexcusable. Pathetic.

this team has been such a roller coaster this season. in one game they look good and seem to be playing as one, cohesive unit. then along comes a game like auburn and they look lost and discombobulated. it's just so frustrating.

If Grant's buyout is so big that even we can't fire him, then maybe Bill should look to release his assistants and finally get someone who knows a damn. Absolutely no reason for this team to have no effort against their instate rival. So tired of the same b.s over and over again. You'd think by this time Grant would adjust and FIX SOMETHING, but he still remains so damn stubborn to his philosophy. His "defense" can barely defend a jump shot, get his players to box out their man, and get a simple rebound. I don't care anymore, Grant needs to go and needs to go now. He has proven to be mediocre here and we're about to be right back where Gottfried left us.
