Just hours before the kick off of TCU's BCS bowl game, Utah Attorney General Mark Shertleff says the lawsuit against the BCS is on.

He says the case is about more than football. He says it’s also about the hundreds of millions of dollars that’s being denied some taxpayer run schools.

Hey XXL, I'm assuming that's Chief Dan George in your sig there. I was just watching Jose Wales the other night and was telling my wife about him. I remember back in the 70's you couldn't have a native american in a movie and it not be Dan George. Kinda like corn flakes without the milk. Ham without the burger. Gotta have one with the other.
