How do you know he hasn’t? Alabama doesn’t typically air dirty laundry in public. When will Byrne file a formal complaint against the officiating? It's almost comical the standard we are held to vs our opponents.
Yeah, the defender was nowhere near the play. The worst was the “blind side block” against Dallas Turner that negated the Braswell touchdown return. That would have iced the game.
Awful call, but 15 yards behind the damn ball was stupid to even touch him.The worst was the “blind side block” against Dallas Turner that negated the Braswell touchdown return. That would have iced the game.
Maybe Dallas "was just too full of Alabama." per Tommy Lewis.Awful call, but 15 yards behind the damn ball was stupid to even touch him.
Turner has done some really bone headed things at Alabama. One I remember him grabbing the facemask of an auburn RB for no reason after Alabama stuffed him on 3rd and short.Awful call, but 15 yards behind the damn ball was stupid to even touch him.
Bingo! He was in a different time zone.Yeah, the defender was nowhere near the play.

Then last season against Ole Miss, shoving the Ole Miss QB's head into the ground after the play. Don't know how it didn't get called, but to even put yourself even in that position is so mind boggling.
That’s irrelevant. I thought it was a crap call, but the distance doesn’t make a difference.Yeah, the defender was nowhere near the play.

As someone who has a friend, and this friend's father is an SEC official for 20+ years, I assure you: it DOES, in fact, make a difference. That’s irrelevant. I thought it was a crap call, but the distance doesn’t make a difference.
what was his thought on that call.As someone who has a friend, and this friend's father is an SEC official for 20+ years, I assure you: it DOES, in fact, make a difference.
That is, unless, it's some egregious personal foul like unnecessary roughness or whatever.
Exactly. He should have been celebrating the TD.Awful call, but 15 yards behind the damn ball was stupid to even touch him.
The guy was 10-15 yards behind the play and was irrelevant.what was his thought on that call.
