A friend of mine from high schools name is Reuben, ironically he lives about 2 hours south of me here in Texas now.

I've seen him one time in 13 years, ironically I ran into him in the Cotton Bowl against Texas Tech.

And yes, Reuben is a cool name...I can't recall ever seeing it spelled @rueben though.
