🏈 As evidenced in the loss to A&M, it's hard to keep winning games like the one we saw last night...

That Bama team we saw last night was hit with everything UGA had it its arsenal. Just like LSU did. Just like A&M did, and MSU, and...

When that happens, week in and week out, you begin to realize why teams don't have winning streaks like the one we are enjoying right now. If you look over the history of college football you just don't see it happening very often. Why? The odds, the probabilities, are just against it happening. Against all odds.

Thinking about this game I'm still amazed at how much fortitude that team had last night. I want to use the word hunger, but it doesn't seem to accurately describe the effort.

Blocked field goal which lead to a touchdown. Most team would quit.

Seeing the scoreboard in the second half and being down 11 points.

We talk about fourth down stops like the one against Penn State in the Sugar Bowl but the stop on 3rd and 1? Just as impressive.

There's so much to take away from this game, this season, these past six years.

And because I was wearing a Bama hat, I just had a West Virginia fan bring up Louisiana Monroe at a local convenience store. :headscratch:

This was a great game, easily one of my favorites in recent years..but I'm struggling with where I'd rank it personally the last 5 years. I'm curious, where do others rank this game?

Where I'm struggling....

Beating LSU like we did this year, beating LSU in the Super Dome in the BCS, beating Texas in the BCS, shutting out Auburn 36-0, 49-0.

This year has been crazy. If we had beaten A&M it would be even more crazy and we would be heavily favored to win it all. The odds were against us, but the odds were odd! This team never quits, never says die. Not once did they look defeated last night, as a lot of NFL teams would in a similar situation. No, they took it in stride and fought back with grit. Truly epic to witness. These past few years have been a blessing to watch. I argue that no team has played with more heart, more discipline, and more determination than Bama has these past couple years.

Is his trophy shelf cluttered with trophies or dust?
