šŸˆ Article sums up UGA fans feelings and thoughts

3-2, Bama.

A crazy little note here ... Bama has played Mizzou five times and only one of those games has been at BDS: 1975 I believe. (Two road games, two neutral site games, and the one home contest.)

One exception on that would be UGA vs UF back in 2007 when UGA stormed the field after their first touchdown. It's the one, and likely only, time Richt's team has "gotten in someone's head."

I remember that.. but there are countless games of personal fouls for both teams during crucial game points that might have had a different outcome with more discipline. If McElwain can keep his team focused, they're gonna give people fits.

I grew up in South Georgia, and enjoyed High School football in one of the richest talent pools for college prospects. Enjoyed being a Ga fan, FSU fan, and I liked the Crimson Tide but with two channels on the TV we didn't get to watch a lot of Alabama games until the end of the season when they were in the national championship hunt. When Ga won their national championship in 1980 we just new there would be many more. (I still have the special edition Cokes)

When I moved to Birmingham in 84 I was constantly asked was I a BAMA or Auburn fan. I chose BAMA because it was another reason to hate on Auburn. "Even through the BAMA Likes Mike years" there were some great wins over FL TN, & LSU but you had a feeling that with the bad coaches that were here things would eventually change for the best.

Saturday was a great day because one of my relatives sent me a taunting picture before the game and was talking about Chubb and how great he was. I just kept my mouth shut until we scored. Told my brother-in-law that is a FL fan that when we finish this game I would pull with him for FL against Ole Siss. In the third quarter they wanted to change the channel to a cooking show and even though I was out numbered I enjoyed the finish of the High Tide game or some are calling the wash out game. The fun part was seeing the billboard in Macon to Beat BAMA on Sunday. What a fantastic weekend. I also enjoyed the boiled green peanuts. GA has the best.

There is always ups and downs in the football world. We just need to enjoy the good times because tomorrow is a mystery and the battlefield is constantly changing.

So I am from Birmingham and I moved to the Atlanta area as a kid due to my dads work. But my dad continued to drive us over to Tuscaloosa for football games every Saturday it seemed like. Having grown up in the Dawghouse I have no empathy for their fans. In fact a Bama victory over UGA means more to me than any Iron Bowl, Third Saturday in October, or even beating the Bayou Bengals. Its nice to walk into work here in Atlanta this morning to an office that was full of Georgia polos on Friday to silence...but I am smiling.

I grew up in south GA. My Dad played football at Bama. We tolerated delusional Dawg fans then as we do today. I confided this past week that I would rather beat GA than Auburn. It was unnatural to say and I questioned myself until I went to the game this weekend and was reminded how obnoxious the fan base is and how undisciplined a team they field. It was so satisfying to see the air let out of Sanford Stadium.

Remember that game well. I was glad they won that one, but surprised... I refer to their teams as bullies. They bully a lot with stuff like those antics, what they did to our team before the game Saturday, many personal fouls in big games, but they usually end up losing. Then they wine until next year. Bullies.

I live in Atlanta, work in Atlanta, and allll around me are Ugay fans... Just after the SECCG when they were just 5 yards short, "some one" took the Bama Tag off the front of my truck. my wife wondered if it had just fallen off, it had been on for such a long time... I pointed out that while that could have happened, it most likely didn't ...especially since there was one of those little yellow "don't dig here" utility flags poked into the screw holes... just sayin'
all I ever say when one of "them" says something is "CMR is such a great man, he is always doing the right thing and has the program right where it needs to be" Fuck UGay

:rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf::rolf: just awesome. Wished I'd have been there to see that in person.

1999 SEC Championship game. The Florida fans, after flapping their chops for hours, hit the exits in the late third quarter. Priceless!!!! We gave them hell later throughout Atlanta, riding around with the windows down. Until I cut the cheese and made one of my friends in the back vomit. But that's another story.
