I used to watch the Army-Navy game when I was a kid and pull for Army 'cause my dad served in the army during WWII. Glenn Davis and Doc Blanchard in the backfield. Bill Carpenter, the first "Lonesome End" for Army. Lot of tradition and history associated with that game.

Watching the game here in Ohio as week. I am just hoping that someone in the football office has the DVD set to learn how to slow down or stop the option. :tickled_pink: My dad served in Korea during the war so I am pulling for Army to stop the losing streak.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who served in any armed force or non armed force (Coast Guard ) that has protected mine and my family's freedom and to also thank their family who sacrificed so much to let them protect us. I will never forget those who served this great nation and those who still do. Thank you!

Army all the way!!! My nephew retire with 23 years in the Navy. His son right now is in OCS at Fort Benning, Ga. training to become a butter bar Lt.
My father was at Ft. Benning for a very short time. My Aunt lived in Columbus as long as I can remember and I still have cousins that live there. I love the state of Alabama and always will, but I also like the states of Georgia, Tenn., South Carolina and Florida. They all have tremendous beauty in their own way.

Cool photo.

This is a game that isn't so good for TV viewing, but to witness in person is completely awesome. I went to one at the Vet before they blew it up and it was a great time. Pageantry abounds, obvious tradition, and you just get a different feeling inside. I can't really explain it, but it should be a game that everybody puts on their bucket list.
