Arik Gilbert announced he’s transferring to Florida making him the fifth player Mullens has “recruited” from other programs recently. The transfer portal has definitely changed college football in a number of ways but allowing coaches to fill holes with close to sure things ranks up near the top. It’s also made it possible for coaches like Mullens, who struggle somewhat in recruiting elite high school players, to overcome those issues immediately. It’s like free agency without any salary cap worries.

Only one team we have faced of Mullen's that has been close to being a threat in my view. I still think Mullen is viewed much better than the realities of his record.

hard to judge based on msu time/ record....
Even he had msu to #1 in CF ranking....
That’s approaching miracle status....
..saying that...will saythis.... dontcare for him orhis little fits...
Just that he gives UGA some competition....
W/o Florida...there is none in sece

We need a couple of those SEC East teams to get up and challenge UGA otherwise the Dawgs have a free pass to the SECCG each year. I really don't care for Kirby.

As long as its not Tennessee ...ok for...Missouri....or USCe.... no hope for KY vandy....
You know...i really think its time for AU to go to SECe....
Go to 10 game SEC schedule.....2 permanent crossovers...

I call Ole Dan cousin Eddie and clown but actually he is worse

he is extremely inconsistent as a person and a coach. I saw him over here in the Sip up close and frequently. He tries to present himself as every players buddy and hip cool hangout dude. But he struggles to maintain that long term and typically the longer a player or person is around him the more they realize he is basically an empty bag that blows around in the wind. He is extremely inconsistent in his in game coaching and makes decisions that even Les Miles would call questionable he wants to present this laid back demeanor but it only lasts until he gets criticized and then he blows up like a toad frog. His record of handing out discipline looks like a bar graph drawn by Michael J Fox on a washboard road

I have no doubt this is why he is more successful getting short term transfers to commit as opposed to a long recruiting process

he is indeed a clown
