Moved to a rehab facility on Monday evening. He is still very confused. Today, he has thought he was in jail )he has been there a time or two back in the day) and was waiting on the judge to sentence him. Long way to go health wise with regaining much mobility.

No, not at all. “Old timers”, like my grandparents called it sundowners. Supposedly it is where the elderly see things that are obviously not there. They have been giving him pill for pain and one to help him sleep in addition to adding 2 new prescriptions to the meds he had already been taking.

It would drive me nuts. I literally, would lose it, if I was "contained" for another day. Like he has...got that experience on a few levels.

Get this one, Mike. Got a letter from the pharmacy for Mom's meds...the line, CAPITILIZED, is "no response from the MD" on switching the 'script from CVS to home delivery.

I had a call Tuesday that daddy had 2 scripts ready for pick up at CVS. I had to go down and explain the situation them and cancel the meds until he is out of rehab.

I am returning to Ohio Sunday morning for eye surgery Monday. The surgery has been postponed twice already due to the health of my dad. Surgery Monday at 11, follow up Tuesday morning and once released to drive, I will be back in Alabama by Wednesday I hope.

That is what April will and still call it that. She work in a nursing home for all her time as a LPN, My grandmother had it bad seeing all kind of folks trying to get into the house and to kill all of us.

My eye surgery went well yesterday. Dr. Would not allow me to drive back to Bama today bc of the strain the almost 500 mile trip would put on my surgically repaired eye and the eye pressure was a little high this morning when I went for my follow up. I hope to be able to leave Wednesday morning. TY to everyone who has replied to this post, texted me or sent messages here. Much appreciated!
