šŸˆ AP Poll released…

This is the BEST time of the year in college football. I'm still laughing about that Fansided article about Bama not making the playoffs...for a UGA guy, who saw his team lose, last season.

There is very little reasoning with the media in August and September. Same goes with Vegas in the first three or four weeks.

I may be wrong about this...but, North Dakota State against CO?
@TerryP what do you say to take advantage of the sharps?

Not a thing until the wager is accepted. And, then, if asked, I might say why.

The local guy I deal with is married to one of my best friends sister. Juggling act is not the right phrase to use. I've known him since the '90's and they've been married about two years now. I introduced them. (At LG's, coincidentally.)

Ya know, Tim. The "betting market" may be one of the best examples of Economics 101. The market eventually corrects itself. The moves the first few weeks are emotionally driven.

Here's an example of something we talked about a few months ago when they announced the move to the 12 team format. The number five seed is a good place to be. This is based off of the Russo article linked earlier.

And that's why conference champions being top 4 is bullshit, UCF's schedule is a joke compared to any SEC school. Not to mention letting App state in, currently playing 1 top 25 team. A&M should go back to the big 12 and rely on private money instead of tv money, probably get a playoff buy most years.

We almost always see a team that is ranked in the top 10 who ends up being unranked in the final AP poll.

Who is it this season?

Michigan?

Was gonna do a thread on this... we had one last year... I've read it 2 different ways... 18 of the last 20 years and 20 years in a row. Not sure which is correct...
