Sorry, I don't know the proper place to post this, but does anyone here work at Alabama that may be able to advise me on the benefits offered by the school for employees?

Well I looked there and found general information. I was looking more on the lines of quality of medical coverage, 401K match information if available, vacation time etc.

Have you looked in www.glassdoor.com? You have to register, but it's free.
