Something seems really wrong with this guy right now. He's never had the best attitude, but for the past 2 games he hasn't seemed to give a damn at all. I really think he wanted to foul out with the way he got that 5th foul yesterday. Anyone know what Grant said to him on the bench? Is he in jeopardy of being benched?

What was said to Tony on the bench needs to stay in Kentucky. I'm not trying to be an ass 05, it's just not condusive for things like that to be aired/posted in public.

That said, I'm going to be as gracious as possible here.

He's another DJ Hall. He can be great at times, but no matter what kind of game he has—good or bad—he needs some mental maturity; a lot of it.

He was part of the class of 2008. I'm not going to pull "let's blame the former head of our program," but I do wonder if Grant would have offered a scholly like Gottfried.

We are getting talent infused in the program. With such limited numbers in basketball, it takes a little longer to "weed out" some issues vs football.

FWIW, anytime you have a frosh calling out a Jr.? Yes, there's fire behind that smoke.

I was just happy to see JaMychal actually putting for some effort against Kentucky. That being said as soon as i heard the announcer say that Hankerson came into the game on our last possession i just stopped watching because i knew if he touched the ball he was gonna put up some crazy ass shot and we had no chance at winning.

My personal feeling is that Tony let the Sports Center highlight reels get into his head and quit just letting the game come to him. While he was a part of CMG's last signing class, he did not get in school, went to prep school for a year, and was a part of the CMG/CAG class (Hines, Davis, Eblen, Mitchell).

Great to see that Steele and Jacobs are ok. Green is finally back to 100% physically. He was the best player on the court Saturday.

I like our lineup much better with Green at the 4 and Jacobs or Gouye at 5. Challenging the other guys big men directly certainly keeps them from roaming around and blocking shots.

The best player on the court was Kidd Gilcrest (sp?). I thought Green did well though.

I'll stay out of this one.
