All I have to say here is this ...Okay, I know I'm an outlier here, but I'm a musicals guy,
I fell asleep during Cats.

Musicals are definitely not on my watch list. All I have to say here is this ...
I fell asleep during Cats.
@Krimson I was reading something about Rotten Tomatoes and Taylor Sheridan where they were pointing out how poorly Marshalls has done so far. A casual mention of The Madison, with the caveat, "they cry to much."The Madison is a fantastic show
Monica would make it better but she couldn't save that show. I don't see another season there, it's just bad.@Krimson I was reading something about Rotten Tomatoes and Taylor Sheridan where they were pointing out how poorly Marshalls has done so far. I didn't "run" to Paramount+ when I finished the article ... not the "glowing" recommendation one would hope to read.
FWIW, they slammed Marshalls with an early question I had; "what was the point of killing off Monica?" Literally, in my view, killed the series before it hit the cutting floor.
I don't doubt a thing about what you are saying. I can't bring myself to watch the assinin dementia show right now...hits too close to home.Monica would make it better but she couldn't save that show. I don't see another season there, it's just bad.
There is a good bit of crying in Madison but I'd imagine there would be in real life. It's well written and well acted imo, different league then Marshalls.
Marshalls isn’t very good. Madison there is a lot of crying, but there’s reason@Krimson I was reading something about Rotten Tomatoes and Taylor Sheridan where they were pointing out how poorly Marshalls has done so far. A casual mention of The Madison, with the caveat, "they cry to much."

A lot of cryin' with Marshalls. Though, perhaps a different reason ...Marshalls isn’t very good. Madison there is a lot of crying, but there’s reason
"Finally, I went to, me and John Linson, who was my producing partner on that, we went to lunch with Mike [Ellenberg] and I said, 'Why won't you make this?' And he said, 'I'll tell you why, because I don't think anyone should own that much land. I think it should be a park or something,'" Sheridan explained.
Would you bet on his political affiliation?Taylor Sheridan comment from an article about the creation of Yellowstone. "Mike," is an HBO exec.
I find this hilarioiusly stupid...not wanting to create something fiction because, in this fiction, someone owns too much land?
Quickly and assuredly.Would you bet on his political affiliation?
I find it outright hysterical and a bit hypocritical since he owns a ranch that sits on 350,000 acres. And while it's not as big as the Yellowstone ranch, it's certainly not little by any means.Taylor Sheridan comment from an article about the creation of Yellowstone. "Mike," is an HBO exec.

Mike Ellenburg lives in LA. That's the HBO guy turning it down...I find it outright hysterical and a bit hypocritical since he owns a ranch that sits on 350,000 acres. And while it's not as big as the Yellowstone ranch, it's certainly not little by any means.
Channeling Ellenberg in an episode...Taylor Sheridan comment from an article about the creation of Yellowstone. "Mike," is an HBO exec.
