📽 /🎵 Anybody watched any good new shows or series lately?

I'm going to give Animal Kingdom a try and see how it goes. Will report back.

I'm now 4 episodes in. It's about what I figured it was, maybe slightly better. Only glaring problem so far is there are zero likable characters involved. The family is basically an upscale, west coast version of the Crowder family from Justified, but at least Boyd was likable. And you felt bad for Dewey on some level. This family is just Oceanside trash without any redeeming qualities or likable personalities. But, onward I shall go..........

Just like the old man in Waterfront, I can't think of anything Shawn Hatsoy has been that I liked.

I'm still enjoying Animal Kingdom... looks like I'll actually make it to the finish line with this one, which is a massive compliment. They could have tapped the brakes a little lot on some of the gay stuff, but that's par for the Hollywood course these days. Denis Leary popping into the show was a nice surprise... dude plays a heroin fiend scarily well.

3 of my favorite series are:

Burn Notice - available on Disney+ and Hulu
Warehouse 13 - available on Amazon Prime
Eureka - available on Amazon Prime

I've watched all the way through Burn Notice at least 3 times...and I'm thinking of starting it, again.
All 3 are good! I’ve completely forgotten about those. I really thought Warehouse 13 was a fun series.

Burn Notice is a good one; I like the Campbell guy in it. He almost had a series.
Warehouse 13 is also a good one.
Eureka thing is they never got back to their timeline.
I can't count how many time I have rematch these.

I enjoyed Burn Notice... It was really well done.

From an offbeat documentary standpoint, I've been taking in these postings on YouTube.

One thing is for damn sure, after all the season finales on Showtime /Paramount/ HBO... The only thing you have to watch is every day replays of tombstone, die hard, and Rambo... all these so-called premium channels are not worth paying for anymore!... STARZ network at least has a little variety of C-list or washed up actor movies.. or the classic Navy seal versus zombie movie
