Outside linebacker Quandarrius Robinson injured his left arm in the third quarter and departed for the locker room with that arm in a sling. He did not return. The fifth-year senior entered the game as Alabama's sacks leader with 4.0.

Starting right guard Jaeden Roberts, a redshirt junior, suffered an apparent lower left leg injury late in the first half. He was helped to the locker room without putting weight on that leg. Roberts returned to the sideline in the second half but did not play; he was replaced by Geno VanDeMark.

Defensive back DeVonta Smith, a redshirt junior, also left in the third quarter with an apparent lower leg injury. He spent time in the medical tent but did not return. DaShawn Jones replaced Smith at Husky, or the slot cornerback spot.

Certainly not ideal... he was having a really good year and one of the team leaders. It's good that Jefferson has been working there some already, he will be called on more now. Russaw has shown some flashes of his potential and the extra helps will only be helpful to him too. Hate it for Que though...

Dang. hate that for Que. He literally turned it all around after that DUI last year and was really making a difference. His speed is a difference maker and going to be tough to replace. I hope he has a full recovery and can work back.
