Italian beef sandwich at Portillo's and Al's #1. Pizza at Lou Malnati's & Geno's East. I've never had Pizza Uno in Chicago, but I've heard it's good too. Gibson's was a quality steakhouse. Honestly though, I could have just eaten Italian beef sandwiches for every meal, all week...
