I turned it off because the officiating was that bad. Do these officials really think fans want to watch games like that? Xavier is just the better team.
I used really poor wording @TideAlum05 It's not so much the way the game is played, it's the way it's officiated. Awful.
I enjoy watching Bama and seeing how they do. As much as I would like to have seen the Tide go in another direction with coaching, I like Anthony Grant. He seems like a straight up, honest man. I'm pulling for him to succeed, not just so my favorite team wins but because frankly he seems as though he deserves it. I'll apologize for my impatience. Bill Battle, it seems right now, knows much more about his coaches than I do (thank goodness, he should).
But the game nowadays is not fun to watch. Last year it was our hesitancy on offense. It's the officials now.
Agreed on the better team too. It didn't take that kind of officiating to let these two settle it on the floor. That team can flat out shoot.
I agree this one was difficult to watch. I know that cleaning up the hand checking and increasing offense has been an emphasis, but I don't thank many of us enjoy seeing the extra scoring coming from the foul line.
