🏈 Andre Smith

The announcers for the game were saying something about it possibly being his knee but, I think they were just yapping.

They also said he was standing on the sidelines and looked okay, which he was.

Let's just cross our fingers and hope it is nothing that will be serious.
 
They were working on his right knee. They had him laid up on the training table for quite a while. They took his knee brace off and he had a slight limp and walked down the sideline. I'm hoping for just a sprain or something.

If it was serious, or there would have been any concern, Andre wouldn't have been on the sidelines during the rest of the game.

I wouldn't be upset, at all, if he rested next week.

Kudo's to Mike Johnson as he slid over and covered JP's backside and to Ross who did well at the LG position.
 
I was praying so hard that it was just a cramp and that they kept him out just to let him rest since we were winning anyway. Prayers out to Andre and hope he gets better. You know, everybody's talking about how he'll probably leave for the draft this year. But if Bama can play the rest of the season like they did last night, they'll get in a very high bowl game. Possibly the BCS game next year. Do yall think that Andre will stay his senior year because he'll know that he could be a National Champion next year? I know what I'm saying might be far fetched but, you know, I'm just a Bama fan having a dream. :D

By the time Andre got hurt, I had more then a couple. I realized he went down and by the nature of how he stretched out and lunged to block, it looked like a sprain. I actually didn't notice that he was out for the rest of the game, so Johnson and Ross did pretty well taking over the running game. My train of thought was obviously altered. :oops:

That's what has me worried. I hope he stays but if he goes, best of luck to him. He'll be great in the pros. But dearly missed here. RTR Andre. Good game.

I hope your only worried for his health......because he is as good as gone. I love to see that joker in Crimson, but he has millions waiting on him and he needs to go get it. Get used to the 3 and out by our athletes. With the talent that CNS is bringing in, we will a lot of 3 year players going on and getting their millions, and I say Good Luck and God Bless. We need a freakin' ton of you guys in the NFL making millions so you can donate back to our beloved University!!

One other thing I forgot to mention is the fact that it only enhances bringing in the big time recruits. If they know they are good and they come there and shine...then I can go to the next level and achieve my goal of playing in the NFL.
