| GAME THREAD 🏈 Ole Miss at BAMA 🏈 ~ CBS - 2:30 CT.

Milroe got in rhythm the second half and looked a lot more comfortable. Still has a lot to improve on in terms of scanning the field and making quicker decisions, but I think he won the team over after getting hit hard and coming up fired up.

Offense needs to be 100% be geared towards his strengths and rolling the pocket out.
Agreed!

The OL is going to cost us more games this season. Who is the OL coach? That is purely unacceptable. the play calling continues to be problematic. we can't pass block. so deep long-developing plays usually result in negative yards/ sacks.
thank goodness the 2nd half run game picked up which opened the passing a little.
Hey, glad we won.

?????????

rewatch 1st half and even 2nd half too many negative plays.
Indeed waaaay to many negative plays. At one time something like 11 negative plays had occurred plus the interception. W/o those this is a major beat down similar to previous years. Should have been 30+ to 10 anyway. Cleaning those things up this is 40+ to 10 game. It is really exciting to think what this team could be but man they can drive you crazy with the bonehead plays.

The point is that they played better in 2nd half .. they cleaned up some stuff.
McClellan breaking tackles in the backfield/juking defenders in the backfield was bigger than the o-line play to me. He was a stud 2nd half. O-line was average at best, against a less than average defensive front. I do hope they get better though.
