Bama guys shining tonight. But King has got to figure out the fumble issues. He’s averaged under 2 fumbles per season since entering the league, but already has lost 3 in 3 games, 2 in the 4th quarter of tight games. Strange happenings.

Two thoughts.

I'm willing to bet we see a variation of this play soon if not this weekend. Someone will use it because ...

(2- I'm surprised we don't see this more often in the league. There are more mobile quarterbacks playing professionally today. My gut instinct tells me they are still in the minority. With franchises having guys who can't run why wouldn't more NFL teams have option based runs in their playbooks?)

... you wouldn't put a guy like Carson Beck leading an option play like this one. Stockton, probably. I think Ty could.
