🏈 🏈 Bama In The NFL - 2025-26 Season Updates & Highlights

New season upcoming, new thread to follow along on the Bama guys... Might as well start it off with this news...

Henry again, and if you're watching the game, you saw it coming...

I don't know who 8 is on the bills, but that's twice that he's messed up his run fit, get walked off, and it lead to a touchdown for Henry. Then again, maybe that's what they teach him to do, I know the bills are aggressive in how they use their linebackers. But shooting gaps that aggressively can lead to what you just saw. I'm not a fan of it.

There's also the possibility that it was designed that way. Coaches will get their guy to shoot downhill and take on that guard and then have the backside backer scrape over top of him and clean the run up. But I don't think that's what it was.

Nothing like seeing an NFL team more than double their points in the 4th quarter to win in dramatic fashion, almost predictable sometimes. Two teams who destroy folks throughout the season and then lay eggs in the playoffs. I wish Henry and company would make it to the Super Bowl one time before he’s done but I don’t see them being able to out it together on both sides of the ball in the same game in the post-season.

Despite the fumble and loss, Henry moved past Jackson in career yardage (now at 18) and is less than 100 yards behind Fred Taylor, the last non-HOF RB ahead of him.

The next seven are tightly banded. 750 yards will get him to 11, nestled between Brown and Dorsett.
