Look, the truth is that we're not going to get the running game going against either Oklahoma or Auburn, so Ty is going to have to carry the team in both games. He can't have another bad game like he did last night. You think Okie and Aubs aren't going to blitz on every down like LSU did? Grubbs has to have a game plan to beat the blitz, and Ty has to execute it. The OL actually pass blocked very well last night, for the most part, and the receivers were getting open on most downs. But Grubb absolutely has no plan for the LSU blitz last night, and Ty was rattled from the very beginning, and he never got his head right. I'm hoping this experience will steady his nerves for the downhill stretch, and he calms down moving forward. As for the defense, they played very well last night. Still gave up chunk plays, but this defense apparently is built on the bend, don't break philosophy, so as long as they keep the other team out of the end zone, I'm okay with that. But I would like to see more ints from the secondary.
