All they have is Nick Chubb and Sony Michel. It is clear that their quarterback is not killing it this year other than a hot game against lowly South Carolina. We know he ain't complete 25 of 26 passes against us, that's a fact. If we can stop Chubb, they will be forced to go outside of their gameplan and attempt to beat us. Their defense is not fierce. They are about two rungs below ours and an Ole Miss defense we scored over 30 points on.
NOW, they do have Nick Chubb, ha ha. He's going to be tough to stop, but we have a defensive line more than capable. I would love for us to stop his 100 yard game streak, because if we don't he breaks Herschel's record against us. The little dump offs to Michel worry me as we don't have a backer quick enough to catch him, unless they chip him or lay the wood on him as he leaves the backfield. Special teams is one battle I think we lose due to inconsistency from Griffith and Scott, not to mention our knack to laying punts and kickoff returns on the ground.
All in all I feel somewhat confident about Saturday. Yes, I think we can easily lose, but I also feel as if we can easily win this game. If we run the ball down their throats and keep Chubb off the field than we should have no problems. Which means Kiffin will continue to throw those bubble screens and three yard slants, being ineffective and giving Georgia's offense more time with the ball. We'll see though. Roll Tide.
