What we saw
-- Defensive lineman LaMichael Fanning was not with his unit during the media viewing period. Fanning has four tackles this season, but did not play Saturday against Arkansas.
-- Cornerback Bradley Sylve spent the seven minutes of the viewing period doing drills with head trainer Jeff Allen. His sprained left ankle was taped and Sylve was moving without a bad limp. But is he ready for full contact and practice? That's doubtful. He wore the black jersey for players held out of contact drills.
-- Freshman running back Altee Tenpenny continued with his exercise bike routine for a second straight day after suffering a turf toe Saturday against Arkansas.
-- After scoring his first touchdown of his Alabama career, freshman running back Derrick Henry wore the No. 20 scout team jersey belonging to Tennessee starter Rajion Neal.
-- Center Chad Lindsay was taking reps with the first team again. He's started the last three games since Ryan Kelly went down with a knee injury against Ole Miss, but coach Nick Saban said he'd be working back to full strength this week.
