IMHO, I think CNS can give the OC title to Locksley full time or at least keep him Co-OC. It is imperative though that we hire a QB coach. Jalen has some deficiencies, as do most all young QBs, that need to be corrected. I'll take 1 of 3 Feldman has listed.
Well, Saban got a close, personal look at what his offensive philosophy looks like under fire. But if true, Saban has got more of a running start on this than we imagined.
I don't know what his vision for the offense is but Nick is at the crossroads right now.
It is imperative he hires someone he shares a philosophy with and someone that will actually be there long term to develop our young QBs. Otherwise we will turn into LSU.
My thoughts are completely on vetting possible OC candidates at this stage. The pool is a puddle. I guess we could see if Canada has a case of buyer's remorse.

Doesn't pass the smell test to keep him on staff following that game, then put out a story that Saban doesn't agree with his scheme a few months later.
Good for Sark to move up the latter, but sounds to me like a non football issue popped up.
OR
He just got a better job.
Either way I don't believe the narrative that he and CNS weren't on the same page.
queue the talking heads, and fans of other programs, screaming about how 'BAMA is no longer a place anyone wants to coach. and no on can stand to work for Coach Saban, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.....
