16 of Ole Miss' starting 22 (Offense & Defense) are juniors and seniors.
19 of Miss St's starting 22 (Offense & Defense) are juniors and seniors.

There will be a huge drop off next season for these two.

So happy FSU finally fell .. Syracuse was injury-depleted and played a ton of freshmen against FSU and still put up a decent fight.

The AP and Coaches Polls are fascinating this week though ..

The good news is that Mississippi State and Ole Miss, and FSU and ND will cannibalize themselves. Assuming this, we would potentially move up to 5 if we keep winning. The potential scenarios are so interesting, cannot wait to see how it all unfolds.

Interesting little difference in the top 10 though ..

I can see most of the teams on that top 10 taking another loss or two .. FSU is especially overdue for one.

That top ten won't look like that in a couple of weeks. You got FSU vs ND this weekend. Bama still got to play Miss. St. and Auburn. Auburn still have to play Ole Miss and UGA and Bama, Miss. St and Ole Miss still to play

Yeah, there's A LOT of football yet to be played. I know the "sexy" picks right now are Ole Miss and Miss St but as the season goes on games get tougher and the "grind" sets in. It gets harder for the teams trying to maintain their position at the top. We should know.
