The Crimson Tide hasn't been a betting underdog since the 2009 SEC Championship.

Alabama will be on Texas A&M's home field when it looks to avenge its only loss in 2012, but the Crimson Tide will be the betting favorite to win the September showdown.

According to Sporting News' "The Linemakers,"
the Golden Nugget sports book in Las Vegas will list Alabama as a six-point favorite over the Aggies when it reveals its spreads for more than 200 college football games Friday. That's a familiar spot for Alabama, which has been the betting favorite in every game since the 2009 SEC Championship against Florida.

When No. 1 Alabama hosted No. 15 Texas A&M on Nov. 10, 2012, the Crimson Tide was listed as a 13.5-point favorite. The Aggies raced out to a 20-point lead and ultimately stunned Alabama, 29-24.

Alabama hasn't been less than a seven-point favorite since the 2012 BCS National Championship against LSU.
