Per Alabama media relations:

I wonder how Bo's knee is progressing. It would be a HUGE boost to get him back by game 5-6.
I watched some video on the Vaughn kid from Blount High that is possibly coming as a walk on. Not a bad looking kid with pretty good numbers. 1,800 on 223 carries and 18 TDs.

Super a position we were paper thin at just got even thinner...weeeee
I think we're okay if everyone is healthy by fall.

If things remained as they are today:

Don't dismiss Ronnie Clark. He's a little bigger than Drake and considering he was getting looks playing in the defensive secondary he's got the speed. I see his as the 3 this fall.

I know a guy that's in the nutritional supplement, conditioning, body toning business that's seen Harris a few times. He said that Harris looks the part of being the kind of guy that could be "ridden" if injury led the team down to that. A solid #2 for sure. Looks the part, physically.

People that have seen him in person have said he's an explosive runner. It's not unheard of for a true frosh to handle a back up role. But, going into the fall I see him as a likely 4, but we might see that 3A / 3B back.

Fournette stepped in and got the job done. I think Harris can do it as well as long as he receives quality reps in practice. I personally think we're going to be fine with whatever we roll out. I look at how awful our secondary has been the last few years, yet we have been in the National Championship hunt regardless, so I think we're going to be just fine. Us and Florida State have recruited at such a high level it amazes how down on us and them everyone is.
