Solid game. The secondary looked weak early but recovered well.

As for the Brantley injury--I might buy the forthcoming argument that him being hurt cost them the game but he wasn't terribly effective either and at some point that defense was going to wear down. Bama won because their mistakes didn't hit them as hard as UF's and they got their stuff together and played a better game down the stretch--period.

Saban is going to die of a stroke, most likely in the sideline. I think he's set the record for number of f-bombs caught on camera.

Florida's season looks very different without Brantley.

Trent's TD was huge. Bama really needed to crush Florida's hopes.

They did that when they hurt Brantley--what little hope they had. No way a true freshman leads a double-digit comeback against that D

I was really concerned when Florida scored on the first play from scrimmage. But they only scored three more points the rest of the game.

Roll Tide! The swamp just doesn't seem to phase us. Neither do leads by other teams. Believe it or not after we tied the game I sat back and enjoyed it. Well, once Maze was ruled in bounds on that one 3rd and long.:smile:
