Little early to be giving out the rankings isn't it? I mean men and women's golf is playing for the National title right now, Softball is currently trying to repeat. Baseball team hits off today in the SEC Tournament. And we all know what happened in football. Gymnastics was a few mistakes away from 3-peating. Only thing holding us back right now is both basketball programs and soccer.

I read this as Bama men's finished 2nd to Florida in all men's sports, not in golf.

The Crimson Tide finished second in the men's sports category behind Florida, as it won an SEC title in football and men's golf. Alabama also won an SEC title in women's golf.

Agree its a little early for the awards, as you have several sports that continue playing into the summer.
