Even though the score was close, Bama looked terrible in so many different areas of the game I'm just not sure why they should stay in at this point.

Pulling for a TCU upset tho... then I think Bama fits nicely over the other 1 loss teams.

Also I think Ohio St. beats Wisconsin... not sure if that really makes it any better for us.

Using the talking heads thinking...they should keep us in the top for due playing with all the injuries...ala Clemson with their QB in their loss to Syr. (although they won't do that).

Looking at schedule, Clemson has only 2 top 25 (VT @ 25th, au @ 6th) wins same as us (#18 LSU #14 MSU), although they did beat auburn. We have a loss to a top 4 team, they have a loss to a bottom of the barrel 4-8 team SYR. However, they'll rank Clemson #1 tonight with no real basis to support it... just saying...

So am i right in saying that we either we need TCU to win or Ohio state to beat Wisconsin? I feel like if either of those 2 things happen we are in and even better if both happen. If TCU wins they will have 2 loses and so will Oklahoma so neither of them will get picked over 1 loss Alabama. Also if 2 loss Ohio state beats Wisconson they will prove to be pretenders and will have one loss and Ohio state will have 2 and we get in. ESPN has Bama at a 49% chance to get in and i think one of these 2 things will happen and we will get in. Also vegas has all 3 equal odds of Bama, Oaklahoma and Ohio state winning the Ship..... Thoughts??

Maybe even if Miami beats Clemson, that unranked Pitt loss is still gonna keep them out, despite winning the ACC. Especially when we somewhat narrowly lost to the #6 (now #2) team.

He played the entire first half and they were losing 14-17 at the break.... His backup had almost identical stats stats to his 1st half stats for the 2nd half. SYR is a 4-8 team... they should be #1. Top 4 yes, but only because of the win over auburn; however, one could argue the auburn team that played clemson isn't the same team now. Also if you had watched the SYR/Clemson game you'd say SYR controlled Clemson all game long. The score was close but clemson was completely outmatched on all phases of the game that night even when the starting QB was in the game.
