Just as the new recruiting year begins, Alabama is welcoming back an alumnus to help its efforts to lure the best prospects to Tuscaloosa.
Jonathan King announced Thursday on Twitter that he will replace Matt Lange as the creative director for football. Lange revealed last month he was accepting a similar job at Texas.
According to his LinkedIn page, King has worked in Tennessee's athletics department since October 2012 and is currently the director of creative services. He had previously served as the assistant director of Crimson Tide Productions, working within that branch for seven years.
In 2014, King was featured in an ESPN article about graphic designers and their influence in the recruiting process.
