A buddy of mine called and told me he saw it on ESPN. Apparently his agent knows of no such thing.

Former Alabama left tackle Andre Smith made the decision to fire his agent Alvin Keels on Sunday night, a source close to Smith told The Birmingham News.

[UPDATED: Keels told me a few minutes ago that he knew of no such thing, that the report "wasn't true" and then he asked if it was just a rumor. I told him I was reporting it. He took my number, said he'd look into it and that he would get back to me.]

I dunno. I guess the agent could be denying it for some reason unknown to me. Maybe it will be a good thing for him(Dre).

I just saw it on ESPNews. They kept saying "It's about time Andre did...problly should've thought about doing this right after the combine".
