That is where I started but I am not sure Bama can score that much against the Viles so I backed it down a few points. I can't pick the Viles so I had them 1 point under Bama.35-34 bama

Yeah, 35 might be wishful thinking. That is where I started but I am not sure Bama can score that much against the Viles so I backed it down a few points. I can't pick the Viles so I had them 1 point under Bama.
I think u are spot on. Bear always said it...and this year is a perfect example...One thing’s certain … we will know what kind of team Bama has by the end of the game. If Bama plays poorly again no amount of sugar coating will make this team something they’re not. Speaking of sugar coating, I saw a post by someone saying Saban inherited the same kind of talent DeBoers inherited and a year will make all the difference. Talk about crimson colored glasses … those glasses are on crimson steroids. Look at how many Shula players were drafted versus Saban. The same kind of talent![]()

@Brandon Van de Graaff in all fairness it is really hard to wipe the memory of the way Bama has been playing from our minds especially on D. With that said I have not watched the Viles or do I ever except when Bama is playing them. I might flip it over if I get a sniff that someone is putting a beat down on them just to watch their misery. Seems like they were lighting people up early in the season but maybe the competition was not great. In the end our skepticism is warranted.I'm starting to feel like a flip flopping politician. Weeks ago, I didn't feel great about Bama winning this game against the Vols. Earlier this week, I began to trend in a much more positive direction... today, back the other way. None of this means anything, other than I guess it proves I don't have a good feel for it one way or another. But I'm mostly sitting in a, 'Bama needs to prove it to me' frame of mind. And I hope they do. My stomach still turns a bit reflecting back on the happiness of Tennessee fans 2 years ago.

And this is why we will not feel comfortable in any game the rest of the year unless something clicks or changes. What I want, and need, to see from Bama is guys playing harder, more physical. I'm starting to wonder if they have it in them. They love to talk about it, but I haven't really seen them be about it much this season. Show me that it means something like the first half of the UGA game when there was a sharp focus on offense and blood in the water on defense. When someone shows me who they are with their actions, not their words, I tend to believe them. Thus far, Bama's actions have said differently than their words, and unfortunately, that's the side I'm starting to believe. I hope the set my ass straight late Saturday afternoon...
